Job Title: Industrial Automation Technician – Testing & Maintenance
Job Summary
As part of the technical testing activities at the Dakhla base, we are recruiting an Industrial Automation Technician to actively participate in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of tests, as well as the maintenance of systems and equipment.
Main Missions
Participate in the installation and commissioning of automated machines and systems
Perform preventive, corrective, and special maintenance operations
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions (failures, drifts, anomalies)
Maintain test equipment in operational condition
Participate in preparatory work and technical meetings (needs assessment, pre/post-briefing, troubleshooting)
Contribute to the preparation and execution of tests
Manage spare parts, tools, materials, and necessary orders
Organize test logistics (parts transport, equipment storage, team coordination)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes
Apply and enforce safety rules in accordance with QHSE policy
Participate in feedback and propose areas for improvement

Profile Sought
Technical Skills
Experience in conducting and/or preparing technical tests
Proficiency in industrial automation
Knowledge in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, or related fields
Reading and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams
Quick diagnosis of failures and anomalies
Good command of maintenance methods
Use of office tools (Office Suite)
Proficiency in technical English
