• Structure the organization and skills, integrate new teams and activities for effective delivery

About the Mutualized Analyses & Support team
The mutualized support and analysis team, integrated into the R2VC department, aims to support FP&A by ensuring data quality and pooling analysis and reporting activities.
Job description
As a Financial Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and alignment of financial data with the strategic objectives of Orange Business. Your main mission will be to support the financial health and growth of the organization by improving data integrity, facilitating decision-making through in-depth analysis, and fostering collaboration between teams.
You will also support the pooling and standardization of activities within Orange Business and at the Group level.
Main responsibilities
Pooled Control
• Collaborate and support management control
• Monitor and coordinate monthly closing activities
• Monitor and coordinate semi-annual activities
• Conduct initial analysis to identify areas for investigation
• Produce centralized analyses and reports to support stakeholder decision-making
Act as a Single Point of Contact
• Manage the process to provide quick and accurate responses
• Serve as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth information flow (calendars, planning support, etc.)
• Maintain documentation of interactions, decisions, and key updates (e.g., updating the RACI matrix)
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure their timely resolution
• Be the main point of contact for reports and dashboards under your responsibility
• Be the point of contact for audits
Data Quality Promotion
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data for informed strategic decisions
• Share first-level analyses with the Finance community and other stakeholders
• Proactively identify issues through analysis (impact, regular checks, etc.)
• Prepare and apply corrections according to defined governance
Required profile :
Education
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or similar roles, ideally in financial analysis or reporting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to financial strategy
• Experience in data quality management (a plus)
• Experience in automation (a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of EPM (IBM Planning Analytics), Power BI (an asset)
