Your main tasks
1 Facilities Management




Management of the vehicle fleet and handling equipment




Manage the assignment and availability of vehicles and equipment




Ensure the monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance




Plan and control technical visits and regulatory inspections




Manage maintenance and rental contracts




Declare and follow up on incidents related to vehicles and equipment




Ensure compliance with safety and usage rules




Maintenance of facilities




Perform or coordinate routine maintenance operations (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.)




Diagnose technical equipment failures




Perform first-level repairs




Coordinate external service providers when necessary




Ensure the continuity of service for facilities




Management of intervention requests




Receive and record maintenance requests




Prioritize interventions based on urgency and operational impact




Assign tickets to internal teams or service providers




Monitor progress and processing times




Close interventions and provide feedback to requesters




Produce regular reports




Annual maintenance and compliance




Plan annual maintenance operations




Supervise inspections and interventions on equipment (lifts, electrical installations, shelving, server rooms, etc.)




Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards




Approve intervention reports and address any reservations




Propose improvement and prevention actions




Insurance management




Manage insurance contracts (buildings, vehicles, equipment, stocks, goods transported)




Monitor deadlines and renewals




Declare and follow up on claims files




Prepare and submit files to insurers




Participate in the optimization of coverage and costs





2 Works & Projects




Prepare sketches and basic plans for new projects (2D / 3D)




Propose technical solutions adapted to the needs of internal departments




Monitor work in accordance with the specifications




Produce regular reports on project progress






Required profile :


Profile sought




Education: Bachelor's degree / Associate's degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in technical project management, civil engineering, real estate asset management, or equivalent




Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role




Technical skills:




Knowledge of AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP tools




Good command of Excel and PowerPoint




Knowledge of technical facility maintenance





Desired qualities




Organizational and planning skills




Rigor and operational follow-up ability




Good interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and service providers
