For our client; in the sector of Maintenance of port equipment and sale of spare parts, We are recruiting an Administrative and Financial Manager in Casablanca who will have the following main tasks:
Administrative Management:
- Supervise administrative functions such as contract management, purchasing, facility management, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate human resources-related activities, including payroll, benefits, and labor law compliance.
Client Recovery
Forecasting and Analysis:
- Develop annual budgets and short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget objectives, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in financial and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external financial audits.
Financial management will be outsourced to an accounting expert
Required profile :
Education and Experience:
Required Education: Master's degree in Corporate Finance from a Business School or University with a specialization in Corporate Finance
Required Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar position.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and current regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
