Job Purpose
To lead all new store opening projects, from site validation to operational launch, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and brand standards are met.
This role is the orchestrator of network expansion.
Main Missions
Project Study & Validation
Analysis of the commercial potential of the area
Study of projected profitability (Revenue, Margin, ROI)
Validation of the opening business plan
Coordination with management for GO / NO GO decisions
Works & Fit-out Management
Coordination with architects and contractors
Monitoring of works (schedule, quality, budget)
Adherence to the store concept / visual identity
Management of administrative permits
Operational Setup
Installation of systems (ERP, POS, security)
Organization of initial logistics flows
Setup of opening stock
Commercial Launch
Opening marketing plan
Organization of the inauguration event
Coordination of local communication
Required profile :
Profile Sought
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business, Management, Engineering)
3 to 7 years in project management, network development, or retail experience highly valued
Knowledge of multi-site retail
Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems
Cross-functional leadership
Extreme organization skills
Negotiation skills
