Job :
Ensure the planning, coordination, and dispatching of various field interventions for IT troubleshooting technicians. This mission includes:
1. Troubleshooting of laptops
Receiving and analyzing intervention requests related to hardware or software failures.
Evaluating the urgency level and prioritizing tickets.
Assigning available technicians based on their skills and geographic area.
Monitoring the progress of interventions and updating management systems (ticketing, planning).
2. Server troubleshooting
Coordinating critical interventions on servers (failures, alerts, major incidents).
Adapting planning to ensure service continuity and minimize disruptions.
Proactive communication with internal technical teams to ensure rapid support.
Reporting on sensitive interventions and post-incident follow-up.
3. Printer troubleshooting
Organizing the schedule for interventions on printers (mechanical failures, paper jams, network problems).
Managing dispatching, considering the type of equipment and the specialized technician.
Ensuring compliance with intervention deadlines (SLA).
Required profile :
Required qualifications and skills:
• Associate's degree (Bac +2) or higher, ideally in IT.
• Perfect command of the French language.
• Previous experience in scheduling field technicians for IT troubleshooting (PCs, printers, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong sense of rigor and precision.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good interpersonal and service skills.
• Professional, dynamic, and results-oriented.
• Good command of IT tools.
