Job :
- Support IUR entities throughout the purchasing process (expressing needs, receiving the service and/or provision, clearing supplier debt),
- Develop the purchasing plan in collaboration with client structures (internal) for the purchasing categories falling under their Department,
- Supervise and validate the conduct of the different stages of the purchasing process:
"The consultation method to adopt"
"Properly compiling the purchasing file," "Handling the consultation"
- Support the buyers in their department in their exchanges with suppliers, particularly in negotiations related to the terms of execution of services and provisions,
- Analyze the performance indicators of their department and propose action plans,
- Ensure the smooth running of their Department / execution of purchasing processes,
- Manage supplier conflicts / disputes
- Participate in the supplier evaluation process
- Ensure risk management associated with their area of responsibility,
- Propose actions to strengthen the operation of their department and, more broadly, the implementation of the purchasing process
- Coordinate market and supplier watch for assigned purchasing categories
- Assist internal clients in drafting specifications;
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5), specialization in Purchasing with 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Required skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities;
- Proficiency in purchasing management software and ERP systems;
- Significant experience in purchasing;
- Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of buyers
