Your role will be essential in supporting our accounting teams, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of financial data. It involves actively participating in the organization and monitoring of current accounting operations, thus contributing to sound and efficient financial management of the company.

Your main tasks will include:

• 
  Entering accounting documents (purchase and sales invoices, bank statements, etc.) in accordance with established procedures.


• 
  Monitoring and reconciling customer and supplier accounts.


• 
  Preparing the necessary elements for the preparation of tax declarations.


• 
  Participating in the physical inventory of stocks.


• 
  Assisting in the review of accounts and the preparation of financial statements.


• 
  Filing and archiving accounting documents.

A part of your daily work will also be dedicated to responding to information requests from various departments and collaborating closely with the accounting manager.

Ideally, you hold a degree at the Bac +2 level in Management, Accounting, or Finance. Training that has provided you with solid theoretical foundations in general and analytical accounting is highly valued.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally gained in the Pharmaceutical or Health sector, is required. This experience will allow you to quickly understand the challenges and specificities of our business.
