Job :
- Organize, plan, and monitor production to achieve defined goals;
- Ensure the management of production-related indicators and their continuous improvement;
- Comply with the QSE policy and management system requirements;
- Seek and propose solutions to constantly improve productivity and other production-related indicators;
- Efficient management of production teams;
- Ensure a good level of 5S within the plant;
- Ensure the preparation of production department audits and the implementation of resulting action plans;
- Ensure the achievement of production-related objectives;
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in the production workshops.
Required profile :
- Engineering degree in process engineering or industrial engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or internal promotion after at least 5 years within the company in the supply chain department.
- Proficiency in computer tools,
