As part of the development of our various activities, we are recruiting an Intern for the Sourcing & Recruitment Officer position at our Rabat site.

Missions:

• Analysis of internal client needs


• Writing job descriptions


• Publishing job ads to recruit candidates according to client requests


• Searching for candidates (CVs) via job boards, recruitment sites, and social networks, etc.


• CV screening


• Conducting pre-qualification of candidates through phone interviews and highlighting skills according to needs


• Writing interview summaries


• Monitoring and managing KPIs
   

Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or Management, with a first internship experience in recruitment.

Technical / Functional Skills:

- You have perfect command of IT tools: Pack Office, etc…

- You have very good written and oral communication skills in French; English will be a plus.
