Job :

Within the Training department, you will be responsible for developing the skills of advisors in Spanish-speaking markets.




Your main tasks will be to conduct training in Spanish, design and adapt teaching materials, support and coach new employees during their integration, collaborate with the Quality team to identify training needs, and evaluate participants before they start working.




Required profile :

We are looking for a versatile profile with excellent intellectual agility.




Language Skills (Required):




- Spanish: C1/C2 Level or Native.
- Proven experience as a Trainer in a call center (ideally in an international environment).
* Know-how: Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and training animation techniques.




* Interpersonal skills: Charisma, active listening, pedagogical skills, and ability to adapt to multicultural audiences.
