Join a leading agri-food company, firmly established in Agadir. As the HR Development Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the HR strategy and supporting the company's growth. You will actively contribute to developing human capital and strengthening a high-performing and engaged company culture.
Your mission will be to design and manage HR development initiatives to support the organization's sustainable performance and foster employee growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Define and deploy HR policies and practices in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
- Manage and improve recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Develop and implement training and skills development programs to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
- Establish and monitor HR performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Support and advise managers in managing and developing their teams.
Required profile :
For this strategic position, we are looking for someone with a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training. Solid training in these fields is essential to understand all aspects of the role.
Experience is a determining factor for this role. We expect candidates to have significant experience of 5 to 8 years in generalist or specialized HR roles, ideally gained in the agri-food sector or a similar industrial environment. This experience should have allowed you to develop a comprehensive and strategic vision of the HR function.
- Excellent knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven skills in project management and change management.
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate it into concrete action plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to unite and influence positively.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in computer tools and HR software.
