Job missions
As part of their duties, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT equipment and assisting users in resolving technical incidents.
- Provide first-level technical support to users
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to workstations, software, and IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain computer workstations and peripherals
- Participate in the deployment and commissioning of IT equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT hardware
- Manage user accounts and system access
- Ensure follow-up and documentation of technical interventions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes
Required technical skills
- Good command of the Windows environment
- Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
- Installation and configuration of office software
- Hardware diagnosis and maintenance (PC, printers, peripherals)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user management (an asset)
Required profile :
The ideal candidate has a degree in IT, systems, and networks (Bac+2 / Bac+3 or equivalent).
The position is open to entry-level candidates or those with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
They have good analytical and problem-solving skills and can intervene effectively to support users.
The candidate sought is meticulous, organized, with a good sense of service and team spirit, able to maintain good relationships with users and collaborate with different company teams.
Good command of French is essential, and knowledge of English would be a plus.
