Job :


Responsibilities





  • Identify customer needs and meet them through products and/or service offers;

  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers and prospects by anticipating and meeting their needs for services and products;

  • Provide consistently high-quality after-sales service that customers will remember with satisfaction;

  • Achieve individual sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets;

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in accordance with established standards;

  • Use available tools such as After-Sales IT systems (EBP, Elsa Pro, DISS, ETKA, Plan Numérique, Lecteur de clés, PPSO, Service CAM, Service Online, etc.);

  • Submit activity reports as defined to the After-Sales Manager;

  • Follow up on open repair orders and invoicing after work is completed.



Daily Operations





  • Prepare the customer's service appointment (availability of spare parts, workshop resources, technical information, service history, etc.);

  • Receive the customer according to current standards;

  • Confirm the work to be done with the customer and issue the repair order;

  • Update the customer database (Address, email, phone number, etc.);

  • Follow up on ongoing repairs with workshop colleagues;

  • Coordinate with the customer on the progress of maintenance and/or repair work;

  • Prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer;

  • Explain to the customer the work performed (labor and spare parts);

  • Invoice the repair order;

  • Deliver the vehicle to the customer.


Required profile :

  • Diploma as a Specialized Technician in Automotive (BAC+2). 

  • Knowledge of mechanics, automotive diagnostics

  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector.
