What you will do:

• Ensure the definition of selling prices per unit and per package according to commercial policy.


• Ensure negotiations of contractual terms with suppliers in their area of activity.


• Ensure the maintenance and development of optimal business relationships with suppliers.


• Ensure commercial performance (turnover, price, margin, stock) and adjust the brand's positioning strategy if necessary.


• Ensure the processing of store complaints related to supply.


• Evaluate needs per store and manage supplies.


• Guarantee compliance with contractual clauses (product quantity, quality, delivery times) agreed with suppliers.


• Evaluate the performance of the product range in its scope (unit of need, profitability, rotation).


• Develop assortment structures and define the layout logic for its scope (price-product mix).


• Manage the operation of its department.


• Define objectives for its employees and monitor them.


• Develop, evaluate, motivate, and unite its employees.
   

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing and Logistics or similar education.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in the retail sector.


• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.


• Interpersonal skills and adaptability.


• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.


• Analytical mindset and rigor in file follow-up.


• Recognized ability to adapt and innovate.


• Fluent in French.
