Job :
Reporting to the QHE Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Defining, implementing, and monitoring the Health & Safety policy within the company.
• Ensuring compliance with SST (Health & Safety at Work) regulations and internal standards.
• Deploying measures to prevent occupational risks and fostering a safety culture among teams.
• Conducting field audits, incident/accident analysis, monitoring action plans, and regular reporting.
• Training and raising staff awareness on HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) best practices.
• Coordinating with operational teams (production, logistics, hygiene, quality).
• Supervising compliance with SST rules in a constrained environment: customs zones, food flows, handling, cold storage, production equipment, etc.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Health, Safety, Environment, or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 5 years in SST, ideally in airline catering, agri-food, logistics, or a structured industrial environment.
• Excellent command of current regulations and risk analysis methods.
