MISSION

Mission context:

Within the Transport Deployment and FTTX Management (DPX) department, you will join a dynamic and motivated team in the PMO Transport entity as production management support for NRA-O migrations on OMEGA.

(N.B Organizational Chart: DED-P to DTX to DPX to PMO Transport)

As such, your main missions will be to:

• Coordinate the various production factories, providing support on cross-functional issues


• Manage production (deadlines, quality, etc.), prioritize, frame production, anticipate needs, alert in case of deviations


• Produce KPIs and associated reporting


• Ensure the achievement of production objectives within the deadlines


• Lead meetings and participate in various committees, acting as a point of contact for external structures (program management, engineering, etc.)

In parallel, you will be the backup for the Manager of LP68.2 (Production Line): Migration NRA-O on the OMEGA architecture. You will be required to temporarily provide support to resolve urgent situations and lead some meetings. 

ACTIVITIES

Activities performed:

• End-to-end management of the various activities you will be responsible for, including:


• Liaising with the various factories that generate migration prerequisites (Fiber optics; OMEGA activation; SWAP/DI NE8K; WDM activation Link collection Inter-UU; etc.)


• Triggering sites eligible for migration and supporting OMEGA migration factories


• Support for managing and monitoring the new SWAP/DI 100G Test Environment (TDJ) on Metro Office/Central Office (MO/CO..) anchor sites


• Producing reports and KPIs on migration volumes committed for the year 2026

From the reception of Expressions of Need (EB) by engineering, through the study of architectures and management of prerequisites, to the triggering and migration on the OMEGA architecture.
 

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Networks and Telecommunications with excellent communication skills
