We are currently recruiting an Inside Sales Representative M/F for our El Jadida site. This is a unique opportunity to thrive professionally within a close-knit team and actively contribute to our development.

Your role will be essential in developing our client portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for our prospects and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the achievement of commercial objectives. Your success will be directly linked to your ability to understand our clients' needs and offer them suitable solutions, while contributing to revenue growth.

Your main tasks will include:

• Active telephone prospecting to identify new commercial opportunities.


• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients.


• Presenting our products and services, and negotiating offers.


• Following up on orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Participating in the development of commercial strategies.

To succeed in this role, a two-year college degree (Bac +2) is required.

Experience in an inside sales role is mandatory. This period should have allowed you to develop your interpersonal skills, your negotiation skills, and your ability to achieve goals.

We are looking for someone with excellent telephone skills and strong interpersonal skills. Your negotiation skills and customer focus will be major assets. Good computer skills and the ability to adapt quickly are also expected. You demonstrate perseverance and a real interest in business development.
