Job :
- Ensure good management of the department,
- Achieve objectives, margins, stock levels, productivity, losses, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Respect the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive goods, and manage stock.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in Home Appliances and Multimedia during which you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make proposals to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
Autonomy & responsiveness, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the key strengths and success factors for this position.
