Job :

Your missions will be: 





  • Gather, challenge, macro-estimate, and formalize requirements and macro-features / user stories for the solution in SAP IMA (Investment Management Assets)

  • Model and propose simplifications for business processes and management rules, and justify these planned changes

  • Identify impacts on cross-functional processes and guide business users in their choices

  • Harmonize processes to implement a target architecture across the entire group

  • Ensure the consistency of directions in relation to the Group's strategy and developments in its field

  • Ensure the Group's strategy is applied in its business IT domain

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and developments that may impact its domain (environmental, technological, legal, or competitive)

  • Initiate and manage change, enabling stakeholders to become more efficient throughout the value chain related to IT systems

  • Convince, negotiate, and gain buy-in from stakeholders for strategic choices within its domain

  • Provide the best solution to highly complex problems presented to them

  • Participate in decision-making bodies within its scope of action

  • Exercise its duty to alert stakeholders in its domain and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure staying at the forefront of its area of expertise through significant monitoring of the latest trends (Agile, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence...)

  • Observe, analyze, propose, and lead technological and scientific developments in its IT intervention domain 

  • Promote sharing and disseminate knowledge by adapting to the interlocutor.



Required profile :

  • Higher education degree (Bac +5), with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking/insurance sector, or in a consulting/audit firm.

  • Senior experience in scoping and designing projects with a significant impact on business processes and IT tools (Process Management and end-to-end IT solutions approach)

  • Experience in IT Finance/Accounting: Financial Markets, IFRS9 investment accounting, SWIFT messages...

  • Solid and recognized experience contributing to IT transformation programs, in the banking and/or insurance sector

  • Ability to make decisions and justify them, to negotiate and manage pressure

  • Strong leadership and ability to develop influence without hierarchical authority, in a scaled agile context

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills

  • IT technical skills and ability to work closely with all IT stakeholders: ServiceNow, JMP Jira/Confluence, SAP...

  • Proficiency in agile methods and practices: rituals, stakeholders...

  • Very good level of English.
