Job :
Your main tasks as a Service Desk Employee:
- Solving technical problems for customers.
- Processing user requests (calls + emails).
- Maintaining dialogue between different support levels.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and respecting the contractual commitments and security rules of the group.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Education level: MBO 4 in IT / Networks.
- Level of professional experience: experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
