Job :


Your main tasks as a Service Desk Employee:





  • Solving technical problems for customers.

  • Processing user requests (calls + emails).

  • Maintaining dialogue between different support levels.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and respecting the contractual commitments and security rules of the group.



Required profile :


Profile sought:





  • Education level: MBO 4 in IT / Networks.

  • Level of professional experience: experience in a similar role is highly desirable.



Qualities:





  • Customer focus

  • Service orientation

  • Autonomy

  • Ability to handle stress.



Technical skills:





  • General skills in customer relationship management.

  • Ability to detect, process, and resolve Level 1 technical incidents.

  • Windows 8 & 10

  • MS Office suite
