Manpower is looking for a Second Line Manager in Casablanca for one of its clients.
Missions and Responsibilities:
- Implement your team's activity procedures, maintain consistency and uniformity within your team and the group's best practices.
- Evaluate all pharmaceutical activities in the market and develop appropriate plans to preserve relationships with healthcare professionals, and protect against competitive activities.
- Ensure the recruitment of the sales team in collaboration with the HR department.
- Ensure the training of the sales team in collaboration with product managers and the Training Manager.
- Ensure the supervision of your team's performance and motivation.
- You should be extremely involved in sales efforts, including on-site and off-site meetings with prospects, assistance in sales prospecting, participation in networking events, and aggressive prospect searching, etc.
- Analyze sales performance data and regularly provide reports and action plans to your management.
- Structure and reorganize the sales team as needed to adapt to a range of fast-growing products and target markets.
- Assign leads daily to FLMs (First Line Managers) and follow up on leads.
- Organize weekly sales meetings and provide reports to your management.
- Maintain real-time data on your team's activity and intervene with preventive actions if necessary.
- Develop and administer sales and product training programs.
- Work with the Marketing Department to measure and control the cost of actions for better ROI.
- Calculate the cost per visit for each sales representative and take the necessary actions to control them.
- Measure advertising sources for all doctors with marketing to effectively reallocate advertising spending.
- Ensure that supervisors manage their medical representatives.
- Ensure that representatives manage their accounts and clients.
- Assist FLMs in closing important partnerships, providing customer service to accounts, and other management functions, if necessary.
- Coordinate with wholesalers and distribution channels to ensure rapid availability and the push/pull mechanism.
- Plan, organize, and control all sales and promotion activities to achieve objectives.
Required profile :
- Higher education (Bac+4/5) ideally in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Health professions...)
- Global experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in a sales role, of at least 5 years
