Required Skills:
- +3 years of experience as a Full-stack application developer using SQL, C#, and React.JS
- Critical & Out-of-the-box thinking ability
- Ability to challenge the status quo, suggest innovative solutions & improvements for existing application codebase and development environment
- Ability to create automated tests
- Punctuality/High-availability & Responsiveness during work hours
- Attention to detail
- Quick Learner of existing complex development environments that also require good understanding of business concepts related to contact center metrics/key business indicators.

- Microsoft C# and React.JS application development, SQL/Google BigQuery programming, Google Cloud Platform application development
- Debugging application issues reported by end users
- Code reviews with Sr. Developers
