Job :
Within our team, you will be responsible for contacting and assisting prospects who have requested a quote on our website, in order to help them finalize their subscription.
Your main tasks will be:
- Contact prospects by phone who have made an online quote
- Systematically follow up on quote requests to help clients make their decision
- Understand the needs of prospects and offer them the most suitable insurance solution
- Answer questions and address any obstacles to subscription
- Ensure follow-up of prospects until their contract is finalized
- Update information in the commercial tracking tools
Required profile :
We are looking for a dynamic person with excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
Skills and qualities expected:
- Excellent phone skills
- Commercial sense and ability to persuade with clear explanations
- Customer-focused approach with advice and support
- Very good organization in prospect follow-up
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
- English is a plus
