Job :
As part of the development of our business, we are looking for English-speaking customer service representatives for incoming calls.
Your mission will be to:
- Ensure customer reception, identification, and request processing
- Analyze customer needs to provide advice and
- The necessary assistance.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives as well as the processing of complaints
Required profile :
You meet the following conditions:
- Minimum Bac + 2 (DEUG, Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in foreign languages;
- Perfect command of French
- Command of a second language, English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, good active listening and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
