Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Department, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure (systems, networks, backups, security) in compliance with current standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001. The administrator guarantees the proper technical functioning of IT environments while ensuring the application of security, maintenance, and continuous improvement policies.
- Main activities:
- Administer servers (Windows/Linux), storage, databases, Active Directory, virtualization, and network components,
- Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) of the IT infrastructure, guaranteeing the availability, security, and performance of systems,
- Implement and maintain network architectures (LAN, VLAN, VPN, firewall, Wi-Fi),
- Apply information security policies according to ISO 27001: access management, logging, backups, hardening, monitoring,
- Develop and monitor backup and business continuity plans (PRA/PCA),
- Diagnose and resolve level 2/3 technical incidents,
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and networks,
- Write and maintain technical documentation,
- Participate in technological watch (infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud),
- Apply Integrated Management System requirements and report HSE incidents if necessary.
Required profile :
- Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in information systems, networks, and telecommunications, or cybersecurity, from an engineering school or a specialized Master's program, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of Windows Server systems and Active Directory (AD).
- Solid skills in network infrastructure management: LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
- Good command of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud administration tools (certifications desired).
- Experience in administering security solutions: firewalls, antivirus, MFA, with good knowledge of Kaspersky Security Center (certification appreciated).
- Proficiency in virtualization tools (Hyper-V) and hyper-converged environments.
- Use of monitoring tools such as Nagios, PRTG, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and security standards: ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Rigor, autonomy, and good technical documentation skills.
