Job :
We are looking for an intern to join our Digital Foundation & Operations department to help deploy and manage Microsoft 365 licenses across all our IT equipment.
Tasks:
- Installation and activation of Microsoft 365
- Uninstallation of old Office versions
- Post-installation tests and workstation validation
- Level 1 support for common M365 incidents
- Documentation and knowledge base updates
- Writing user guides
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in IT or systems & networks
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, office software, and user support
- Diligence and customer service orientation
