As part of our continued development, we are recruiting Customer Advisors:

Reporting to the manager, your main tasks will be:
- To answer calls from individual clients regarding their installations.
- To identify needs, inform, and efficiently direct clients.
- To schedule interventions or forward requests to the relevant departments.
Required profile :
You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:
- You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
- You have a strong sense of customer service, listening skills, and empathy.
- You are rigorous, organized, and responsive.
- Experience in a call center or customer service department is an advantage.
