Join our clinic in Errachidia as a Patient Care Agent and actively contribute to providing a smooth, humane, and professional patient experience.
As the main point of contact between patients and medical teams, you play a key role in organizing the care pathway and ensuring a quality welcome at the facility.
Your main mission is to ensure efficient administrative handling and optimal support for patients, from their admission to their referral to the relevant departments.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and telephone reception for patients and their companions.
- Record admissions and create administrative files in accordance with internal procedures.
- Verify administrative information and coverage details (insurance, mutual fund, etc.).
- Manage appointments and coordinate schedules with medical departments.
- Direct patients to the relevant departments and answer their information requests.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of files and update data in the IT system.
- Collaborate closely with medical and paramedical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of reception and care processes.
Required profile :
Holding a minimum Bac+2 diploma in business management, secretarial studies, administration, health, or an equivalent field, you ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare facility, clinic, or reception setting.
This experience has allowed you to develop a good understanding of the patient journey as well as the requirements related to reception and administrative management in a medical environment.
