MAIN ACTIVITIES
Produce
- Plans, manages, and coordinates the activities for industrial validation of the product/process (methods, purchasing, design office...) to meet the cost, quality, deadline, and HSE objectives of the production line in line with the industrial brand's plan.
- Identifies and sets up the project team called the Multidisciplinary Industrial Validation Group (GPVI); Plans, leads, and approves the milestones of the PVI, APQP...
- Supports the preparation of industrialization reviews for the methods department, to ensure the maturity of industrialization.
- Is the primary contact for the production manager, the design office, and the industrial brand of the program concerned.
- Manages and implements process and product improvements.
- Maintains the industrial file for its production line (T100, Configuration As planned, FMEA, FIT, PVI, Surveillance Plan...).
- During the pre-industrialization phase: Conducts the initial process risk analysis based on the offer made to the client and proposes a risk reduction plan.
- During the simultaneous engineering phase: Ensures compliance with the key elements of the Business Plan:
- Quality (process capability), Production Cost (T100), Cycle / Capacity: (identification of modules, balancing possibilities...)
- During the development and implementation phase of the production tool: Builds or has the sequence planners built and transmits them to the producer.
- During the first manufacturing phases:
- Manages the methods action plan for defect eradication and process control.
- Manages the design improvement plan
- Consolidates the action plans associated with T100 based on production cost results for the first parts
- Validates the adjustment plans for sequence planners and phase balancing.
- Participates in the Rate Readiness action plan for the provision of a production tool in line with the ramp-up.
- Defines, in coordination with the line manager, the production organization to deliver materials in compliance with cost, quality, deadline, and HSE requirements.
HSE COMPETENCIES
- Applies procedures and instructions related to their activity,
- Uses collective or individual protection means made available,
- Reports any HSE-related anomaly to their supervisor,
- Proposes improvement solutions to management and participates in the search for better HSE prevention.
