Job :
Reporting to the Head of the Recovery & Litigation Department, your main tasks will consist of:
Amicable recovery
Ensure compliance with amicable recovery procedures;
Manage relationships with external service providers;
Participate in the recovery of Finéa's commissions and other commitments;
Prepare follow-up meetings with service providers;
Participate in the evaluation of service providers.
Participation in the management of pre-litigation and litigation
Monitor legal incidents (calling on guarantees from clients and banking partners, issuing alerts, etc.);
Participate in the management of litigation files assigned to lawyers;
Participate in the development of defense strategies for litigation cases;
Prevent disputes by interpreting the law and/or propose amicable solutions for judicial disputes;
Participate in monitoring various disputes;
Participate in drafting settlement agreements (amicable litigation);
Participate in the evaluation of lawyers' performance.
Required profile :
Required skills
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil and Commercial Law;
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in a legal position specializing in amicable and judicial recovery, ideally in the banking sector, financial institution, or law firm;
• Good management of litigation and recovery files (amicable and judicial);
• Ability to follow judicial procedures and coordinate with legal professionals;
• Analytical and drafting skills for legal documents.
