Customs Officer (M/F)

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a Customs Officer (M/F) with specialized training or initial experience in customs clearance.

Main missions

Reporting to the Customs department, your main missions will be:

Prepare and issue customs declarations in accordance with current regulations

Verify the conformity of import and export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)

Ensure the follow-up of customs clearance operations with the customs authorities

Control the tariff classification of goods and the application of customs procedures

Coordinate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory procedures

Participate in the improvement of administrative processes related to customs operations

Profile sought

Education: Diploma from a specialized school in customs declaration, logistics, or international trade

A first experience (internship or job) in a customs or transit department is desired

Good knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures

Proficiency in office tools (Excel, customs management tools)

Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
