Mission:

On behalf of our client, a leader in travel management, we are looking for a bilingual supervisor (French/English)

Reporting to the project manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives


• Making sure that the client & Concentrix processes and quality standards are respected


• Providing regular activity reports to the client and top management


• Managing and motivating a team of customer advisors: coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing support plans for low performers...


• Analyzing individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions


• Ensuring the availability of resources and production tools needed to handle workflows


• Managing turnover and absenteeism and implementing necessary action plans


• Providing administrative supervision of your team (holidays, absences, lateness...)


• Alerting on problems that could impact production


• Managing production incidents

Profile:

• Higher education in management


• You have perfect command of French and English


• You have at least 6 months of experience as a manager


• You have analytical skills to understand and drive the achievement of objectives


• You have a sense of anticipation and are focused on customer satisfaction and solutions


• You are organized and rigorous


• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills


• You have good listening skills


• You are proactive and suggest solutions


• Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your mission


• You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet) and telephony
