As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant, you will assist our teams in the technical and functional aspects of deploying marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.), as well as in conducting advanced solution diagnostics.

In this context, you will specifically address the following issues:

Analysis of existing business processes and constraints;
Identification and analysis of target needs;
Facilitating technical and functional specification workshops;
Recommendations on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities;
Writing detailed functional specifications;
Designing applications, mockups, and solutions;
Monitoring development and organizing progress updates;
Ensuring clear understanding of specifications by development teams;
Monitoring testing and acceptance phases of configuration and developments according to specifications;
Writing user guides and training materials;
Leading training sessions or knowledge transfer;
Organizing and leading steering committees with the client;
Defining change management to promote solution adoption and contribute to project success;
User support after deployment phases.

Your profile:

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher;
You have at least one year of experience in deploying Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
You closely follow the tool's updates;
You have an aptitude for CRM / Digital Marketing;
You have knowledge of Agile methodologies;
You demonstrate analytical and synthetic thinking skills;
You are rigorous, curious, independent, and proactive, essential qualities for successfully completing assigned tasks;
You have recognized oral and written communication skills, combined with excellent interpersonal skills;
You have good knowledge of spoken and written English, given the international scope of our clients.
