Job :

We offer you a unique opportunity within our Human Resources department.




Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:




- Managing a team of HR Officers: Organizing, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring their daily work




- Ensuring the application of HR procedures by operational staff,




- Consolidating HR indicators: Tracking all HR indicators and consolidating data between different sites, ensuring reliable single data,




- Providing support to managers: Responding to their requests related to labor law, recruitment, training, career management, etc...




- Working in close collaboration with Business Managers, consultants, and management control.




- Ensuring 360° proximity with consultants: responding to their routine requests, fostering exchange, support, and advice for this group,




- Maintaining and animating relations with staff representative bodies (Staff Delegates).




You will therefore be responsible for:




Administrative and Social Aspect:




- Ensuring rigorous administrative management in compliance with labor legislation and current procedures.




- Assisting and advising hierarchical managers in their human resource management mission, in a client-supplier perspective, ensuring they assume real responsibilities in this area (handling requests, resolving human and social problems, ...).




- Ensuring payroll and social contribution control, in compliance with management rules, procedures, and regulatory deadlines.




- Ensuring the confidentiality of payroll operations.




HR Development Aspect:




- Ensuring the implementation of the onboarding process for new recruits




- Contributing to the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new recruits.




- Contributing to the development and implementation of an internal training policy.




- Contributing to the realization of engineering studies and the development of the training plan.




- Implementing the Training Plan.




- Evaluating training actions to assess return on investment.




- Becoming the company's interface with all consulting or training firms.




- Managing administrative files with ANAPEC and OFPPT




- Guaranteeing the implementation of forward-looking employment and skills management based on current and future needs




- Contributing to the coherence and updating of HR data for its scope.




- Monitoring the evolution of HR indicators, proposing and implementing corrective actions




- Conducting internal and external benchmark actions to improve the relevance of HR reporting and the level of indicators.




Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources




Maximum 5 years of experience in human resources / Team Management




Skills:




Rigorous, curious, and organized, you demonstrate adaptability, good communication, and the ability to work in a team. You are proactive on a daily basis in the projects carried out.




You have mastery of the Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).




Knowledge of SAP (PA module) or another ERP would be a plus.
