Job :
We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the agri-food sector, Pre-sellers to support its growth.
General tasks:
- Develop turnover in their sector
- Prospect new clients and build loyalty with the existing customer base
- Take orders and negotiate volumes
- Ensure product availability and good visibility at points of sale
- Implement promotional actions and respect merchandising standards
- Monitor sales performance and achieve set objectives
- Conduct competitor analysis and report field information
- Maintain a lasting and quality customer relationship
- Represent and enhance the company's brand image
Required profile :
- Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher.
- Experience in field sales or pre-sales is desired.
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Management and development of a client portfolio.
- Proficiency with digital sales tools.
- Commercial sense and enjoyment of contact.
- Team spirit.
- Good listening skills and customer service orientation.
- Rigor and organization.
