Context
In a context of strong growth in its activities, the Business & Management cluster is strengthening its IT Office to support its academic, research, and Executive Education Business Units.



Reporting to the Operations & Services Directorate and in close coordination with the University's central IT Department, the IT Manager plays a key role in the performance, reliability, and quality of the cluster's IT services.



Main Missions



IT Strategic and Organizational Management



• Define and implement the local IT roadmap, aligned with the cluster's strategy and the central IT Department's guidelines
• Identify, gather, and prioritize academic and administrative needs
• Support digital initiatives and EdTech projects



Service Performance and Quality



• Ensure the continuity, availability, and performance of IT services
• Supervise user support and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Manage the Help Desk Technician and structure support activities



Coordination and Governance



• Ensure operational coordination with the central IT Department
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards
• Manage local IT service providers (contractual follow-up, service quality, budget management)
 





Required profile :

Profile Sought



• Master's degree (Bac+5) in information systems, computer science, or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT management or IT service management
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in a multi-activity, matrix, or academic environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Professional English required
