Job :
I. Main tasks of the position
Reporting to the Organization and Support Department, the main tasks will be as follows:
Purchasing management:
• Analyzes the needs of the different entities and processes purchase requests entered into the IS (supplier research, consultation, negotiation...);
• Analyzes and negotiates offers from different suppliers and prepares comparative tables;
• Participates, if necessary, in tender opening committees and prepares the evaluation minutes;
• Prepares award letters, generates purchase orders and notifies service providers/suppliers;
• Coordinates the re-evaluation of suppliers and service providers with the different entities;
• Monitors the status of commitments and performs periodic reconciliations with the management controller;
• Constantly updates the supplier panel;
• Ensures the follow-up of purchase requests in the IS until their closure;
• Ensures the filing of purchase orders / contracts and all purchase documentation.
Inventory management
• Receives supplies (furniture and office supplies, IT consumables, water, coffee...) and verifies their compliance with orders;
• Manages and monitors non-conformities in deliveries with suppliers;
• Manages stock movements and ensures their replenishment;
• Participates in periodic inventories.
General services management
• Manages the follow-up of contracts with general services providers;
• Manages the follow-up of various general services (package delivery, technical maintenance, cleaning, reception, tea/coffee service... ).
Premises maintenance
• Centralizes requests for technical interventions and coordinates with the various service providers;
• Supervises the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the premises (including safety equipment);
• Manages issues related to premises layout.
Required profile :
II. Profile sought
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in purchasing management or equivalent;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
