Job :

Reporting to the Manager of the relevant Management Office, the position has the following main responsibilities:




- Provide quality customer service to tenants and associations;
- Receive all receipts related to your portfolio and update them on time;
- Follow up and organize periodic communication campaigns with customers to encourage them to pay on time (door-to-door, summons);
- Maximize collections;
- Manage the team of collection assistants, if applicable;
- Represent the company before authorities, administrations, and partners;
- Ensure the withdrawal of rents deposited with the courts;
- Represent the company during the execution of eviction and recovery judgments as well as in expert assessments;
- Assist in technical visits to assess damage within the framework of insurance company expert assessments;
- Assist, upon instruction, in local meetings with authorities and public establishments, land registry, land survey, and municipalities;
- Ensure follow-up of tenant reminders for transfer;
- Ensure the preservation of the property against any degradation, transformation, occupation, and exploitation identified or received through customer complaints or assessments made by collection assistants;
- Receive and forward complaints and requests for work on the real estate property to the management office.
 






Required profile :


• Profile required for the position:




- BAC + 3 years of training in commercial techniques, management, or information systems;
- Between 2 to 3 years of professional experience;
- Proficient in computer tools and very comfortable with numbers;
- Possessing a strong sense of organization, precision, and customer service.





• Skills required for the position:




- Good command of computer tools,
- Good command of languages (Arabic and French),
- Exceptional skills in organization and time management,
- Rigor and sense of organization,
