Job :
As part of strengthening our organization, we are recruiting a Credit Manager / Collection Manager responsible for managing customer credit policy and optimizing debt collection.
Main missions
- Define and implement the customer credit management policy
- Analyze customer solvency and set credit limits
- Ensure monitoring of customer outstanding balances and prevent non-payment risks
- Implement and monitor amicable and legal collection actions
- Supervise customer reminders and dispute follow-up
- Produce regular reports on outstanding balances, delays, and risks
- Collaborate closely with sales and finance teams
- Implement performance indicators related to collection
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) in finance, management, or accounting
- Proven experience in a similar role (credit management / collection) of at least 5 years.
- Good command of collection techniques and customer risk analysis
- Rigor, analytical skills, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and sensitive situation management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and management tools
