Join our showroom in Casablanca, within a dynamic company in the automotive sector! As a Showroom Assistant, you will be the ambassador of our brand, warmly welcoming our customers and guiding them through their purchase experience. Your main mission will be to promote our products and services, while creating a positive and professional atmosphere. You will directly contribute to the commercial success of our point of sale.
Your main goal will be to achieve the set sales targets, by maximizing the number of satisfied customers. You will work closely with the team to achieve commercial results. Your direct involvement in showroom management, as well as building trust with customers, will foster customer loyalty and contribute to the company's growth. You will also ensure the promotion of our brand and products, and participate in the good upkeep of the showroom.
Here are some examples of your daily tasks:
Welcome and advise customers on the brand's products and services.
Present products and answer customer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Process commercial transactions, from the sales process to payment management.
Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
Your role will be essential for customer experience and commercial results.
Required profile :
The ideal profile requires a minimum education level of Bachelor's degree (Bac+3). A specialization in Call Centers, Sales/Export professions would be a major asset. However, significant professional experience and strong motivation can compensate for a slightly different academic profile. We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic candidates with excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar environment, ideally in the automotive sector or in a sales environment, is desired. However, junior profiles with strong motivation and proven potential will also be considered. Significant customer relationship experience is a considerable asset.
