Job Details

Job :

  • Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network).

  • Diagnose and resolve IT incidents quickly.

  • Ensure the follow-up and traceability of tickets via the management system.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

  • Participate in documentation and user training.



Required profile :

  • Bac+2/3 diploma in IT or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and office tools.

  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems quickly.

  • Service-oriented, patient, and team spirit.

  • Knowledge of networks and IT security is a plus.
