Join our dynamic team within a major player in the car rental sector! We are looking for a French-Speaking / Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our call center located in Rabat. This is an opportunity to use your service-oriented attitude and communication skills to ensure our customers' satisfaction.




Your role will be central to supporting our customers, offering them a smooth and positive experience with every interaction. You will be the face and voice of our company, ensuring personalized and efficient support.




Your main tasks will include:





  • Answering phone calls and handling customer requests professionally.


  • Making reservations and managing modifications or cancellations.

  • Offering additional services (insurance, car categories, options) in line with commercial guidelines.

  • Providing accurate information about our services and offers.

  • Resolving disputes and handling complaints according to our procedures.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.


You will interact daily with a diverse clientele, requiring great adaptability and active listening skills.






Required profile :

You have a High School Diploma. Training in call center professions would be a plus.




No experience or experience in a similar role would be desirable, ideally in customer service or a call center.





  • Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.

  • Strong commercial sense.

  • English language skills are a major asset (bilingual is appreciated).

  • Strong listening and empathy skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus.

  • Rigor, organization, and responsiveness.

  • Ability to handle stress and complex situations.

  • Comfort with computer tools and reservation systems.
