- Stamping workshop
- Welding / bodywork workshop
- Paint shop
- General assembly workshop
- Underbody component workshop
Required profile :
- Knowledge of project management in automation, with mastery of business procedures according to the relevant department (stamping, welding/bodywork, powertrain, paint, plastics, and general assembly).
- Knowledge of automation architectures (including security aspects).
- Ability to control project deliverables during the study phase:
- Risk analysis,
- Functional analysis (including, if necessary, product quality risks),
- Electrical diagrams (including security aspects),
- Bill of Materials (BOM),
- PL calculations,
- Test Execution Procedure (TEP) initialization.
Mastery of automation program control (including security aspects).Knowledge of machine safety standards.Knowledge of interfaces with MES / Monitoring / IT systems (including cybersecurity aspects).Knowledge in electrical engineering and electrical diagrams.Knowledge in robotics.Knowledge of conveyor control technologies.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem-solving tools.Mastery of office tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience between 3 to 4 years.
