Job :
Administrative management
- Organize the General Management's schedule, plan meetings, trips, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare, format, and archive official documents, reports, and internal memos.
- Follow up on administrative files related to different internal entities.
Communication and coordination
- Act as a link between the General Management and directors, external partners, and institutions.
- Write meeting minutes, summary notes, and official letters.
- Coordinate information exchange between different departments and follow up on specific requests from the General Management.
- Facilitate the flow and dissemination of strategic information.
Logistical support
- Prepare files, materials, and presentations for meetings or committees.
- Organize meeting logistics (rooms, invitations, agenda, minutes).
- Manage business travel (bookings, mission orders, reimbursements).
- Participate in organizing internal or external events led by the General Management.
Required profile :
- Holder of a Bac+2/3 degree in management assistance, administrative management, or equivalent;
- Successful prior experience in a similar role, ideally with a general management department;
- Knowledge of administrative management and executive secretarial methods and practices;
- Excellent command of written and spoken French.
