Main Mission:
Ensure the preparation and cooking of meals for staff, respecting quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to established menus.
• Check the quality and freshness of the products used.
• Ensure compliance with portion sizes, recipes, and deadlines.
• Apply HACCP rules and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Participate in the reception and storage of food supplies.
• Report any anomalies or malfunctions to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with the dishwasher and the kitchen assistant for the smooth running of service.
Required profile :
• Diploma in cooking / catering.
• Significant experience in collective catering or staff kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety.
• Speed of execution, cleanliness, team spirit.
