Job :
• Participate in carrying out hiring visits and annual medical check-ups with the occupational doctor.
• Ensure the creation, management, and updating of medical records for all company employees.
• Manage the medical department.
• Participate in prevention, health education, hygiene, and safety actions.
• Diagnose work accidents and provide first aid within your responsibility.
• Ensure the availability of all medical equipment (medications-) necessary for employee safety.
• Oversee employee safety and health.
• Comply with hygiene and safety rules according to internal hygiene and safety policy.
• Receive and hand over health insurance files to insurance company contacts.
• Prepare a weekly report specifying the status of health insurance claims reimbursement.
• Prepare a weekly report including the number of women on maternity leave and people on long-term sick leave.
• Issue a monthly report differentiating short-term and long-term sick leave.
• Prepare a monthly report on repeat offenders regarding absences.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee medical information.
Required profile :
• State nursing diploma or equivalent,
• Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Moroccan labor law regarding hygiene and safety.
• Discretion, organization, sociable personality,
• Good communication skills,
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
