Job :
Assigned to a Hypermarket and reporting to the Department Head, your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the Textile Department for which you are responsible, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
Ensure good management of the department,
Achieve objectives, margins, stock levels, productivity, waste, and out-of-stock rates,
Establish weekly schedules,
Organize your team's work and ensure their support,
Respect the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
Control compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a Bac+3 degree in Commerce/Management, you have 3 or more years of experience in Ready-to-Wear clothing, during which you have developed the following skills:
Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
Ability to make proposals to improve results,
Reading dashboards and monitoring indicators.
