Job :
As part of the development of our branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers, managing daily operations, and developing your portfolio commercially.
Ensuring the opening and closing procedures of the day.
Handling the management of your secondary till, processing counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.).
Contributing to resolving complaints related to counter operations and managing customer requests and complaints by handling them directly or directing them to the right person.
Managing treasury operations, with the CCP or Branch Manager, (collecting or distributing funds, replenishing ATMs).
Processing securities (outgoing & incoming clearing and inter-branch transfers) and centralizing daily accounting entries.
Managing, alone or with colleagues, the counter client portfolio, selling simplified products, directing customers to advisors for credit applications, other products, and account openings, while contributing to internal client acquisition.
Required profile :
Holding a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree such as BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Licence with a specialization in Economics and Management.
Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
