Job :
The Assembly and After-Sales Service Technician's main mission is to assemble machines and provide after-sales service for these machines using original spare parts.
Description of various activities and responsibilities
Specifically, their missions and responsibilities include:
- Understanding the specific needs and constraints of the profession;
- Ensuring the assembly of machines such as cranes, aerial platforms, grab loaders, or others on trucks or other vehicles;
- Providing after-sales service for these machines at the workshop or at the client's site in Morocco or abroad;
- Welcoming clients to the workshop for after-sales service interventions;
- Assisting clients by phone or any other remote tool in case of breakdown or request for information;
- Monitoring and encouraging clients to carry out mandatory contractual maintenance operations at the workshop: calling them, scheduling interventions;
- Registering machines in the PALFINGER PALDESK system: warranty start;
- Registering warranty requests in the PALFINGER PALDESK system;
- Tracking warranty requests;
- Receiving and inspecting new machines as well as any purchased parts;
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures in a continuous improvement quality approach;
